Central Disk System (FileServer)

Izmir University of Economics academic and administrative staff can benefit from the Central Disk System (FileServer).

There are 3 types of sharing in the Central Disk System: personal, public and group-based.

• Academic staff can see personal and public posts.

• Academic staff who have administrative duties (Rector, Dean, Deputy Dean, and Head of Department) can see the posts of the Directorate/Department/Dean's office they are assigned to, in addition to their personal and public posts.

• Administrative staff can see the posts of the Directorate/Department/Dean's office they are affiliated to, and the posts of public sharing. .
